In order to get ready for your event there are some things that we would like to know about you and your group. We have included Tyler's standard set-up requirements; however we should discuss these. Depending on your program and location, the set-up needs will be different for different shows.

Set-up Tips for Keynotes and Workshops
Here are some tips on setting up for Tyler's shows so that you and your group can get the very most out of your investment.
- Set-up the room with table rounds for about 8 people. If your group is too large for this, set up the chairs theater style. We have found the more people can see reactions of other audience members the longer and more intense the laughter and information sharing.
- Make sure that there is a bit of house lighting. Tyler likes to see the people he is talking to and explore their reactions and willingness to participate with him on stage.
- Please have a table set up at the back of the room to display some of Tyler's support materials. People like to follow up on the learning with some take-home books, CDs and DVDs. This simple table set-up will help ensure that those who want Tyler's educational materials can easily access them.
- On stage Tyler likes to have: a small cocktail table, stool, CD player, cables for his presentation laptop, 4 bottles of room temperature spring water, and as much space as possible for him to move around.
- Look for a way to make it easy for audience members to get up on stage with Tyler. Some suggestions include installing a small staircase or make sure there is a clear space to come up the built stairs for the stage.
- Be on the lookout and let Tyler know anything out of the ordinary, funny, or influential that has happened so far for the audience. He will wrap these events into his show if possible.

Wow, are you going to have some fun! Tyler's team-building sessions are second to none as you will find yourself doing unique and interesting activities that quickly get your group working together. The set-up for these events is as unique as your group and the venue. We will have to chat about these specific to your location and program chosen.
